Every now and then, those productions come along which provide one with the opportunity to both overcome adversities¬†and blaze social trails for the community. This was that production. This small, brave ensemble of (predominantly) women–many of whom had never tackled Shakespeare’s text before–undertook this inverted-gender production of Shakespeare’s immortal tragedy. I am so proud of this production and, more importantly, these incredible women.
